The game is centered around a fetish club called Club M, but known locally as "The Club", which is set in a reality called The Mistress Matrix.
Mistress Alice owns Club M and employs a variety of people, including Dominatrices, Hostesses, Maids and Nurses to help run it.
Club M was first seen in the game 'The Club', but 'The Club 2' has more characters, more fetishes, more NSFW storylines and more options to choose which directions the storylines go in.
Visitors to Club M include Mistresses, Sissies, Maids, She-Males, and male and female submissives and they participate in a number of fetishes, such as domination, worship, bondage, sissification, spanking and pet-play. All characters are dressed in PVC, latex and leather.
